4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Starlos Molecular is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from improper use of the Site or products.
• Use of the Site and products is undertaken at the customer's own responsibility and risk.
• Starlos Molecular makes no guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular research protocol, experiment, application, or purpose beyond the information specifically provided for that product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starlos Molecular from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse, unauthorized use, improper handling, unlawful use, or prohibited application of products purchased through the Site.

5. Order Approval and Refusal

Once an order has entered carrier transportation, certain circumstances may fall outside the direct control of Starlos Molecular, including:

• Delivery interruptions caused by weather, holidays, labour disruptions, or other carrier events.
• Product degradation or damage caused by improper environmental exposure or handling after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring shipment tracking, receiving orders promptly, and storing products appropriately after delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, all sales are generally final. Starlos Molecular generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped when product handling, storage, or integrity can no longer be verified.

A refund, replacement, or other resolution may be considered by Starlos Molecular in qualifying circumstances including:

• Incorrect products received.
• Products damaged during shipment.
• Missing products from a confirmed order.
• Qualifying delivery issues confirmed through applicable carrier information.
