Research compounds come in sealed Lyophilized (freeze dried) vials. They are short chains of amino acids used for laboratory, in vitro, or analytical science work. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are intended solely for experimental or research purposes.
How should the compounds be stored?
Compounds are best kept in cool, dry conditions. The lyophilized (powder) form should be stored at the recommended temp of 4°C and protected from moisture. After reconstitution, use according to lab‑specific guidance and store as indicated on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 3 PM EST ship the same or next business day. Delivery times depend on the destination; most U.S. orders arrive in 3 business days with standard services.
What is your refund / return policy?
Because these are specialized research compounds, we do not accept returns once product has left the facility (unless there is an error on our part or the product fails QC). If you believe there’s a quality issue, contact us with your order number and batch/lot info, and we’ll review the COA and options.
